[Remote] Project Manager

National Veterinary Associates is one of the largest communities of veterinary hospitals in the world, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support their Innovation Team. This role involves coordinating projects, ensuring timely execution, and facilitating communication across teams to enhance the digital experience and technology adoption for hospital care teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in executing key projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with broader program goals
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including hospital teams, product managers, and IT, to drive project progress and resolve roadblocks
- Provide clear updates on project status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Manage documentation, project plans, and reporting tools to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Assist in content management, survey distribution, tracking issues escalated to the product team, and other operational needs

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and track deadlines effectively

- Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and proactively find solutions
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and support larger program goals
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or multi-site businesses
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
- PMP or other certifications are not required but are a plus
