Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Manage email correspondence and respond to general inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain and update contact lists and internal databases accurately. Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication across departments. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors via phone and email. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack). Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
