[Remote] Senior Accountant (Part-Time)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Attivo Partners is a fast-growing full-service finance and accounting consulting firm headquartered in San Francisco, offering fractional CFO and accounting services to venture-backed emerging growth clients. The Senior Accountant will take ownership of critical accounting tasks, ensuring the accounting and reporting function scales to support the company’s rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day accounting duties in AP, AR, cash management, payroll, FA, GL and other duties as assigned
- Assist with the monthly close process by posting monthly journal entries, performing account reconciliations and ad-hoc financial analysis
- Assist in maintaining regular contact and building solid working relationships with various groups to ensure a high level of customer service and work product
- Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
Skills
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Fast learner with high degree of professional curiosity and desire to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology, or professional services environment

- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for startups and early-stage growth companies
- Experience with standard software solutions preferred, for example: QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Campfire, Brex, Ramp, Rippling, Gusto, Rillet, Carta
- Experience implementing workflow automation or AI-enabled tools preferred
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and automation platforms strongly preferred
