[Remote] Senior Product Designer

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to create intuitive experiences for users.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery
- Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, making workflows simpler and smarter without adding complexity
- Think in systems: spot patterns, build for reuse, and contribute to our design system with a focus on consistency, scalability, and high craft
- Present design work with clear rationale, integrate feedback from stakeholders, and champion high quality and accessibility across the product lifecycle
- Use AI tools in your own design process to accelerate your work and push the quality ceiling of your output
Skills
- 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion with strong design system and handoff practices
- Experience designing for AI and data-rich experiences
- You're a systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers
