  • Content Delivery Support: Provide day‑to‑day operational support for the delivery of live events, on‑demand libraries, and ad‑supported (AVOD) and subscription‑based (SVOD) content across web, mobile, set‑top‑box, and emerging platforms.
  • Rights Management Assistance: Assist the Rights Management team with tasks such as rights verification, territory compliance, and royalty reporting for both internal and external platforms.
  • Data & Reporting: Gather, validate, and analyze partner data, sales metrics, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue optimization.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows, propose enhancements, and lead initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
  • Project Coordination: Maintain project trackers, documentation, and communication plans for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
  • Live Event Coordination: Support live‑stream events by managing metadata, quality checks, and real‑time issue resolution to guarantee a flawless viewer experience.
