[Remote] Solutions Consultant

They are seeking a Solutions Consultant to support complex B2B sales cycles by designing tailored solutions and engaging with customers to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to support customer engagements, product demonstrations, and complex bids/RFPs
- Translate customer challenges into compelling technical and commercial solutions
- Design tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives
- Support bid management and contribute to high-quality RFP responses
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, IT, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Represent Achilles in customer meetings, industry events, and key forums

- Knowledge of SaaS platforms and digital product environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- 5+ years' experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, or solution engineering
- Demonstrated success supporting complex B2B sales cycles
- Experience with bid management, RFP responses, and solution selling
- Proven contribution to revenue growth and pipeline development
- Experience working across global, cross-functional teams
- Background in supply chain, procurement, ESG, risk, or compliance solutions is essential
- Degree in Technology or equivalent relevant experience
- Professional certifications are advantageous
