Position Overview – Student Success Coach (Remote)
The Student Success Coach role at careerzynith is a dynamic, full‑time, work‑from‑home position that blends counseling, customer service, and academic advising. You will serve as a trusted mentor for a portfolio of enrolled students, providing proactive outreach, personalized guidance, and resource navigation throughout their degree programs. Your day‑to‑day activities will involve phone conversations, email correspondence, and the use of careerzynith’s student management platforms to track progress, resolve concerns, and celebrate achievements. Key Responsibilities
- Student Outreach & Coaching: Conduct regular, scheduled phone calls and digital communications with assigned students to monitor academic progress, set goals, and address obstacles.
- Enrollment & Retention Support: Assist prospective and current students with enrollment processes, course selection, and registration, ensuring a seamless transition from admission to active study.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or international equivalent) recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in academic advising, admissions support, customer service, human resources, or counseling.
- Demonstrated knowledge of higher‑education policies, enrollment procedures, and student lifecycle management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, professional phone demeanor.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail when documenting student interactions.
