Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data related to supply chain operations, including inventory, orders, shipments, and supplier information, into our database systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain and organize digital files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to data management protocols.
- Generate basic reports and summaries from supply chain data as required by management or other departments.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, sales) to clarify data points or resolve data-related issues.
- Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security policies.
- Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes and tools.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily data entry targets and deadlines in a remote work environment.
Required Skills
