Position Title: Remote Trust and Estate Litigation Associate Attorney The Remote Trust and Estate Litigation Associate Attorney role is pivotal within the firm, contributing to the management of high-stakes trust and estate litigation cases. This position requires a candidate who can navigate complex legal challenges while providing exceptional service to clients with significant net worth. Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 / Year DOE Remote Trust and Estate Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Support senior attorneys in trust and estate litigation cases
- Manage a case load of approximately 25 large cases
- Conduct hearings and participate in trial preparations
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Engage in law and motion practice
- Assist with depositions as needed
- Collaborate with a team of associates and paralegals
Remote Associate Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience, with 2-5 years in trust and estate litigation
- Experience with business litigation, contract disputes, and real estate transaction litigation
- Proficiency in discovery, law & motion, and deposition processes
- Barred in California
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs
- Strong writing skills are essential
- Experience in a high-net-worth clientele environment is preferred
