[Remote] Workday Grants Management Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Three Link Solutions is a company focused on transforming finance operations through strategic Workday implementations. As a Workday Grants Management Consultant, you will lead and support Workday implementations and optimizations, partnering with finance leaders to design and deploy solutions that align with their business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client processes, reporting requirements, and system landscape
• Design and configure Workday solutions
• Facilitate design meetings and workshops, driving alignment and collaborative decision-making
• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations
• Support data conversion, integrations, testing strategy, and deployment activities
• Manage deliverables in alignment with project timelines and milestones
• Partner with senior leaders to recommend best practices and process improvements
• Stay current on Workday releases and new features, advising clients on optimization opportunities
• Contribute to internal capability building, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience, with at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations specifically leading Grants Management for Non-Profit organizations or NGOs
• Active or recent Workday Certification in Grants Management
• Deep understanding of non-profit accounting principles, federal grant regulations, and donor reporting
• Understanding of the Workday Customer Contracts and Billing frameworks, as they are the foundational architecture for Workday Grants
• Experience guiding non-profit organizations transitioning from legacy fund-accounting systems into Workday
• Demonstrates a strong grasp of financial systems, accounting principles, and finance operational processes
• Ability to gain and maintain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts, Core FINS enhancements, and cross-application features
• Experience influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders (internally and externally)
• Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward effective, scalable outcomes
• Ability to deliver results while managing to a defined project plan and timeline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment
