Required Sales Operations Executive

Summary: The Sales Operations Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily sales operations within a dynamic, remote-friendly environment based in Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in sales coordination, SAP order processing, and invoice reconciliation. The role involves close collaboration with sales, finance, and operations teams to maintain accurate records, support order fulfillment, and ensure timely payment tracking. By maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational efficiency, the Sales Operations Executive contributes directly to business continuity, customer satisfaction, and long-term organizational growth. Responsibilities: Manage daily sales order processing and accurate entry of orders in SAP ERP systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer orders and operational activities. Match invoices with received payments and maintain precise reconciliation records. Prepare Credit Notes (CNs) for refunds, deductions, returns, and adjustments as needed. Track pending invoices and assist in payment follow-ups to ensure timely updates. Update Google Sheets, operational trackers, and sales reports on a daily basis. Monitor operational activities and report any issues or discrepancies to management. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of transactions, reports, and operational documents. Support team efficiency through administrative and operational tasks. Assist in maintaining accurate SAP data and ensuring consistency across systems.

Requirements

Requirements: Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Back Office Operations, ERP Support, or related roles. Solid working knowledge of SAP ERP systems and order management processes. Experience in invoice reconciliation, reporting, and sales support activities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote setting. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or operations support is advantageous. Valid Iqama (Family Visa or Work Visa) is mandatory. Female candidates are preferred. Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
