We are currently seeking a RR Integration lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description – SAP BTP Integration Lead Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Lead and oversee SAP integration activities for a global Greenfield S/4HANA implementation across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid landscapes. Act as the primary Integration Lead, owning end-to-end integration design, build, testing, deployment, and cutover activities. Define and manage the integration architecture and strategy aligned with Clean Core principles and SAP best practices. Own and maintain the Master Integration Inventory / Backlog, including interfaces, APIs, events, and data flows. Design and review integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite including: Cloud Integration (CPI) API Management Event Mesh EDI Open Connectors Provide hands-on development and troubleshooting for complex integrations using synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven integration patterns. Collaborate closely with SAP Development Leads (ABAP / RAP / CAP teams), functional leads, SAP BTP teams, and Security teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions. Lead integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP SaaS applications including SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, and third-party systems. Define and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, decision trees, logging, monitoring, and error-handling frameworks. Oversee API lifecycle management including governance, security, throttling, and versioning. Support Agile execution activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and defect management using Jira. Track integration progress, dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams. Prepare and maintain integration design documents, mappings, technical specifications, and operational runbooks. Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Mentor and guide onshore and offshore integration developers and technical teams. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) SAP Integration Experience 10+ years of experience with SAP Integration across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BTP landscapes. 6+ years of experience delivering or leading integrations for Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite including SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and API Management. 5+ years of experience designing and implementing synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven integration patterns. 3+ years of experience working with SAP Event Mesh or similar messaging and event-driven architecture frameworks. 4+ years of experience with REST and SOAP APIs including API design, governance, security, versioning, and lifecycle management. 3+ years of experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, and other SAP SaaS applications. Security & Technical Expertise Strong experience with OAuth, certificates, principal propagation, and SAP BTP security concepts. Strong understanding of integration monitoring, logging, exception handling, and performance optimization. Experience with EDI integrations, middleware platforms, and hybrid integration architectures. Experience defining reusable integration standards and scalable API frameworks. Agile & Delivery Management 4+ years of experience working in Agile delivery models using Jira. Experience managing integration backlogs, sprint planning, defect tracking, and release coordination. Ability to manage multiple parallel integration workstreams and tight deployment timelines. Leadership & Communication Proven experience leading integration workstreams across global delivery teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams. Experience coordinating with SAP functional teams, development teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors. Proven experience mentoring onshore and offshore integration developers. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Travel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 80%. Preferred location is East Coast or Midwest. Degree: Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience. Nice to Have; (But not a must) Prior experience leading multi-vendor, global delivery programs. Industry experience in manufacturing and life sciences. Must reside in the US Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $96,156.00-$133,550.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
