Rosenblum Law — a fast-growing, multi-state general practice law firm — is hiring high-performing sales professionals to join our elite team of Sales Closers. If you're a seasoned seller with 5+ years of experience converting leads into loyal clients in a service-based industry, we want to hear from you. This is not your average sales role. You’ll be on the front lines of helping potential clients solve legal problems — from traffic tickets to more complex legal matters — all while managing a high volume of inbound consultations. Your performance has a direct and meaningful impact. There is no prospecting involved - this is inside sales. You will be speaking with people who have reached out to us, not the other way around. We provide a generous base rate plus an uncapped bonus based on your sales performance. What You’ll Do Lead phone consultations with a high volume of prospective clients daily Listen, assess, and convert inbound inquiries into paying clients Hit monthly sales goals and track your performance via our tools Collaborate with a legal team that’s focused on growth and service Assist with inbound call routing as needed Who You Are A fluent English & Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills 5+ years of consultative sales or service-based sales experience (legal, medical, or financial services preferred) A natural closer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves hitting goals.
