Sales Coordinator

Our client is a growing coaching, education, and community-based business focused on helping individuals achieve meaningful personal and professional growth through programs, memberships, courses, and coaching experiences. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to help create structure, maintain visibility across the sales pipeline, and ensure every qualified prospect receives a consistent and professional experience from initial inquiry through enrollment. Role Overview The Sales Coordinator will own lead pipeline management from initial inquiry through booked conversations and enrollment support. The Sales Coordinator will serve as a critical operational partner to the sales team by managing lead tracking, follow-up processes, scheduling, pipeline organization, and CRM accuracy. This role is ideal for a highly organized, process-driven professional who enjoys creating structure, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring no qualified lead falls through the cracks. Location Fully Remote | 9:00-5:00 EST

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Follow-Up Manage inbound leads from social media, applications, email, and referrals. Conduct timely and consistent lead follow-up. Ensure every lead receives appropriate follow-up and nurturing. Reactivate cold and past leads. Coordinate prospect movement throughout the sales pipeline. CRM Management & Pipeline Organization Own CRM hygiene and lead tracking processes. Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline visibility. Manage large lead volumes while maintaining organization and accuracy. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales metrics. Ensure all prospect information is properly documented and updated. Sales Coordination & Scheduling Book sales calls and manage scheduling activities. Send applications, payment links, and enrollment materials. Coordinate with the sales team to move prospects through the pipeline. Support enrollment processes and prospect handoffs. Ensure a smooth and organized experience throughout the sales process. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Maintain high levels of organization across sales operations activities. Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and follow-up workflows. Support process consistency and operational efficiency. Ensure sales operations activities are executed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Experience 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Lead Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or CRM-focused roles. Experience managing inbound leads and sales pipelines from initial inquiry through enrollment or handoff. Experience conducting lead follow-up, lead nurturing, and pipeline management activities. Strong experience working within CRM systems and maintaining accurate lead records. Experience managing large lead volumes while maintaining organization and accuracy. Experience supporting scheduling, enrollment coordination, and sales operations processes. Experience maintaining pipeline reporting, lead tracking, and sales process visibility. Experience coordinating with sales teams to move prospects through the pipeline efficiently.

Qualifications

Skills Strong CRM management skills with experience using HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent follow-up and lead nurturing capabilities. Strong pipeline management skills with a focus on CRM hygiene and data accuracy. Ability to manage large lead volumes while maintaining quality and responsiveness. Comfortable scheduling sales calls, coordinating prospect communications, and supporting enrollment activities. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Strong follow-through and accountability across multiple priorities. Process-driven mindset with a focus on consistency and accuracy. Proactive approach to lead management, pipeline organization, and process improvement. Self-directed and independent while maintaining high standards of execution. Passion for systems, organization, and operational excellence. What Success Looks Like No qualified lead falls through the cracks. The CRM remains accurate, organized, and up to date. Lead follow-up is timely, consistent, and effective. Sales calls are scheduled efficiently and accurately. The sales team can focus on conversations rather than administrative follow-up.
