As a Senior Customer Engineer – Security Solutions for Public Sector & Government Cloud Transformations, you will be the technical bridge between careerzynith’s sales teams and our public‑sector customers. You will champion careerzynith Cloud Security, translating complex security concepts into clear, actionable solutions that help agencies protect sensitive data, meet regulatory mandates, and deliver services to citizens with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with careerzynith Cloud Security Sales and technical teams to identify, qualify, and expand business opportunities within the public sector.
- Listen to customer technical and compliance concerns, then design and articulate tailored security architectures that address those challenges.
- Demonstrate the full suite of careerzynith Cloud Security products—including threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, and identity & access management—in customer and partner environments.
- Own the technical delivery of solutions: conduct product briefings, lead proof‑of‑concept (PoC) engagements, and present live demos that showcase the value of careerzynith Cloud Security.
- Develop compelling technical content such as white papers, solution briefs, and trial‑management documentation that highlight careerzynith’s security value proposition.
- Travel to customer sites, industry conferences, and internal training events to deepen relationships and stay abreast of emerging security Apply for this job
