careerzynith is on a relentless mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As a global leader in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, careerzynith delivers a portfolio of services that enable businesses to innovate faster, operate more efficiently, and scale securely. Our customers entrust careerzynith with their most critical workloads, data, and reputation—making reliability, performance, and a world‑class experience non‑negotiable.

Our Customer Experience (CXP) team sits at the heart of this promise. We partner directly with the most demanding enterprises, translating their business goals into measurable service commitments and ensuring those commitments are consistently exceeded. If you thrive in a fast‑moving, start‑up‑like environment where technical excellence meets relentless customer obsession, this is the place to make an impact.

Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Customer Experience Engineer on the Observability squad, you will be the guardian of Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for careerzynith’s flagship cloud platform. Your work will directly influence the reliability, availability, and performance of mission‑critical applications that power everything from fintech to healthcare. By designing, implementing, and evolving robust SLO monitoring solutions, you will help turn careerzynith customers into enthusiastic advocates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with enterprise customers to define, negotiate, and document Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) that align with their business outcomes.
  • Instrumentation & Measurement: Embed instrumentation in customer workloads and careerzynith services to capture SLO‑related metrics, ensuring accurate, real‑time visibility.
  • Automated Detection & Remediation: Build automated pipelines that detect SLO breaches, trigger alerts, and execute predefined remediation playbooks.
  • Cross‑Team Integration: Work closely with service engineering, platform reliability, and product teams to correlate customer‑defined SLOs with internal platform SLOs, creating a unified observability model.
  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular performance reviews with customers, presenting trend analyses, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
  • Optimization & Scaling: Lead initiatives to improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring that both careerzynith services and customer workloads consistently surpass their SLO targets.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce clear, concise documentation, runbooks, and best‑practice guides for SLO implementation, and mentor junior engineers on observability best practices.
  • Data‑Driven Improvement: Analyze historical SLO data to identify patterns, drive reliability improvements, and influence product roadmap decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing, building, and launching commercial software products or web services.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) within a cloud environment (careerzynith Cloud, AWS, or GCP).
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating, managing, and evolving Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for enterprise‑grade cloud customers.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client‑facing role, translating technical concepts into business value for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: Python, Go, Java, or PowerShell, with a focus on automation and instrumentation.
  • Proficiency with observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, or equivalent) and experience building alerting pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams and senior customer executives.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with 6+ years of industry experience.
  • Advanced certifications such as careerzynith Certified Solutions Expert (CSE), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
  • Experience with large‑scale distributed systems, microservices architectures, and container orchestration platforms.
  • Familiarity with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, PagerDuty) and post‑mortem analysis processes.
  • Knowledge of security compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) and ability to navigate careerzynith Cloud background check procedures.
  • Passion for mentoring, community building, and contributing to internal knowledge bases or open‑source projects.

Core Competencies & Personal Attributes

  • Customer Obsession: An unwavering focus on delivering value to customers, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations.
  • Data‑Driven Mindset: Ability to “measure what matters,” turning raw metrics into actionable insights.
  • Problem‑Solving Tenacity: “No dead‑ends” attitude—persistently pursuing solutions until the issue is resolved.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Thrive in cross‑functional environments, building strong relationships across engineering, product, and support.
  • Agility & Ownership: “Get it done” mentality, taking end‑to‑end responsibility for SLO health and customer satisfaction.
  • Inclusivity & Diversity: Commitment to fostering an inclusive culture where every voice is heard and valued.
