Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of careerzynith Healthcare data and analytics solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and orchestrate complex ETL/ELT pipelines using industry‑standard tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Purple‑Blue Data Factory.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable data models.
  • Build and maintain dimensional data warehouses and data marts that support reporting, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics.
  • Implement data profiling, data quality, and data governance best practices across internal production systems and external data sources (e.g., pharmacy claims, HEDIS, ECDS).
  • Create and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Develop internal tools to automate data processing, quality assurance, and validation workflows.
  • Provide thought leadership on data architecture, recommending enhancements to the BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and supporting self‑service analytics initiatives.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
  • Travel up to 5 % of the time for on‑site collaboration with business partners, conferences, and training events.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering within a health‑care or financial services environment.
  • Proven hands‑on experience writing and tuning SQL‑based ETL/ELT scripts.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement data pipelines using platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Purple‑Blue Data Factory.
  • Experience delivering data visualizations and dashboards with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.
