  • Serve as the primary engineering contact for maintenance and operations teams during troubleshooting, providing rapid, data‑driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to validate design changes and ensure seamless implementation on the shop floor.
  • Stay current with evolving aviation regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, integrating relevant updates into careerzynith’s engineering processes.
  • Utilize available tools and resources to continuously improve technical competency, communication skills, and overall project efficiency.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with engineering design software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Analytical Ability: Demonstrated capacity to interpret technical data, perform root‑cause analysis, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
