Senior Front-End Developer (React)

This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe. team.blue hub team.blue hub is a new internal startup within the team.blue group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. Six months ago, we started building this small, top‑tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results. Now, after six months in the market with the first squad, we are growing from 1 to 3 squads to deliver a complete Hub experience. Position Develop and maintain the user-facing components of the Hub: notification widgets, in-product UI, the footer surface, and the upcoming Hub dashboard. Build clean, scalable front-end systems using React and TypeScript, working closely with designers and back-end engineers.
Responsibilities
Build responsive, high-quality interfaces with React and TypeScript Develop modular UI components and shared libraries Implement dashboards, configuration panels, and embedded user flows Collaborate with designers and back-end developers for seamless integration Pick up backend tasks at journeyman level as needed (small endpoints, data fetching) Contribute to agentic / conversational UI surfaces as the Hub evolves Ensure accessibility, performance, and reliability
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in software development Expert in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Strong understanding of state management, API integration, and testing Experience with performance optimization and scalable front-end architecture Skilled in AI-assisted coding and Claude Code workflows, comfortable relying on them to move faster and better Reliable, autonomous, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken Culture & Principles AI-first, high-ownership culture.
