We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET Core / React) to join a high-performing development team focused on building and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend experience with C# and .NET Core, combined with solid frontend expertise using React and modern JavaScript technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core (2.1 and above). Design and build RESTful APIs using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core. Develop and maintain frontend components using React and JavaScript (ES6+). Work with SQL Server and implement data access solutions using Entity Framework or similar ORM frameworks. Collaborate within Agile development teams. Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes. Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, and code quality. Analyze and solve complex technical challenges. Mentor and guide junior developers when required. Required Qualifications: Advanced English communication skills. Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing full-stack REST-based applications. Minimum 3 years of experience working with relational databases. Minimum 3 years of experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA) using React. Minimum 3 years of experience working with popular UI frameworks and implementing custom components and features. Expert-level proficiency in at least one core technology area. Strong experience with: React C# .NET Core 2.1+ ASP.NET MVC SQL Server JavaScript (ES6+) Node.js Git HTML5 CSS Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TypeScript. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in JavaScript. Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift. Understanding of standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Experience working in Agile, Lean, and/or Design Thinking environments. Behavioral Competencies: Ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned work. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously develop new skills.
