  • Travel & On‑Site Engagement: Conduct on‑site assessments at captive and third‑party locations, traveling up to 30% of the time (domestic and international) to build relationships and validate controls.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Law, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Proven track record of leading audit or compliance initiatives that resulted in measurable risk reduction.

  • Professional auditing qualification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) or comparable risk/compliance certification.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to extract, analyze, and present audit data.
  • Experience working with third‑party service providers, including contract compliance and performance monitoring.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into business‑friendly language.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent audit engagements.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect intricate processes, identify root causes, and propose evidence‑based solutions.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Inspire and develop a team of compliance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across legal, security, operations, and technology functions to achieve shared compliance goals.
