We're seeking a top-1% paid-social strategist to lead performance across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads, spanning five ad accounts. As a Senior Paid Social Strategist, you'll be responsible for architecting full-funnel systems, influencing creative execution, and building acquisition systems that scale – not just campaigns that perform short-term. About the Role

As a Senior Paid Social Strategist at careerzynith, you'll be part of a high-performance team that's dedicated to driving real outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading Paid-Social Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid-social acquisition strategies across Meta and TikTok, including prospecting, remarketing, catalog/dynamic ads, Spark/UGC collaborations, and more.
• Architecting Advanced Full-Funnel Systems: Design and iterate on advanced full-funnel systems that leverage User-Generated Content (UGC), in-house high production, advertorials, comparison pages, and high-intent landing pages.
• Scaling TikTok as a Core Acquisition Channel: Manage creative angles, audience testing, sequencing, and performance on TikTok, working closely with our in-house video team to define briefs and iterate on winning hooks.
• Building and Scaling High-Budget Systems: Develop and scale high-budget systems (≥ €500 K/mo) for both broad-reach and niche-interest segments, balancing efficiency with volume.
• Analyzing Performance and Translating Insights: Analyze performance at a deep level, from thumb-stop ratio to 28-day blended MER, and translate insights into decisive growth actions.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with our growth, creative, and CRO teams to ensure paid social supports every customer touchpoint (email, organic, CRO, retention, affiliate, search).

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 4+ Years of Experience: Owning and scaling a single brand with ≥ €500 K/mo in combined Meta & TikTok ad spend.
• Mastery of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager: Deep knowledge of pixel/server-side tracking (CAPI, Events API).
• Proven Record of Systematic TikTok Scaling: Beyond views, into CAC-positive acquisition, with clear audience logic and creative sequencing.
• Demonstrated Ability to Engineer Bullet-Proof Account Structures: Maximizing data consolidation while preserving test velocity.
• Experience Building Full-Funnel Strategies: A proven track record of developing and executing full-funnel strategies.
• Hacky and System-Oriented: A knack for building acquisition machines from scratch, not copying best-practice playbooks.
• Creative-Strategist Mindset: Ability to brief, critique, and iterate on videos, hooks, and ad-level storytelling with ease.
• Extremely Organized, Data-Focused, and Thriving in Fast-Moving Environments: A passion for working in high-performance environments.

Preferred Qualifications

* Hair Growth, Skincare, or Supplement Experience: Understanding the trust and credibility levers that drive long-term conversion.

• Based in or Overlapping with European Time Zones: Ability to work in a European time zone.
