McKesson Specialty/Provider Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and competent Senior Pricing Analyst to support the McKesson Provider Solutions organization within O&M. The Senior Pricing Analyst will possess strong analytical skills and experience to provide problem solving and financial decision-making by analyzing pricing and profitability reports for products and customers. This key pricing position will provide a wide variety of statistical and analytical reporting services and will report to the Sr. Manager of Multispecialty Provider Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage pricing for Multispecialty or Oncology customers by analyzing and approving price requests for the sales group Financial analysis of product and customer profitability Provide thought leadership and innovation for process improvements Prepare and distribute Pricing reports to Sales and Finance leadership Gathering and analyzing data to prepare customer pricing Support the Sr. Pricing Manager in key pricing initiatives to drive profitability Build effective cross functional relationships within the company (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Contract Management, etc.) Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Education BS/BA in Finance or related field Critical Skills 4+ years in a pricing or analytical capacity or similar financial analysis Must possess advanced Excel skills Knowledge of Finance practices is a plus Healthcare experience not required but a plus Specialized Knowledge & Skills Skill set must include computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) products with query and complex spreadsheet development. Experience with SAP software would be a plus. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, professional communication skills, ability to work with.
