Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of less‑experienced Client Care Agents, providing guidance on new or updated processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop, present, and implement improvement plans for operational cycles, workflow efficiencies, and client interaction strategies.
- Execute complex client care tasks, including the investigation and resolution of returned proclamations, address verification, and documentation updates.
