What You'll Be Doing Salesforce Administration & Optimization - Own your day-to-day administration of Salesforce - Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security - Improve platform performance, governance, and scalability - Ensure data integrity and system reliability Advanced Automation - Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce Flows - Create scalable automation that reduces manual work - Streamline operational processes across departments - Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation Conga Solutions - Administer and enhance Conga Composer and Conga CLM - Support document generation, contract workflows, and approval processes - Improve efficiency across lending and operational teams Reporting & Analytics - Develop dashboards and reports used by leadership - Create meaningful operational metrics and KPIs - Deliver insights that support business growth and decision-making Data Management - Manage imports, exports, deduplication, and cleanup projects - Utilize SQL, SOQL, Excel, and Data Loader tools - Maintain high standards for data quality and governance Business Process Improvement - Collaborate with department leaders to identify operational challenges - Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions - Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and user adoption Integrations & Systems Support - Support integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical platforms - Work alongside internal teams and external vendors - Help evaluate and implement future technology initiatives
What We're Looking For
