Posted Monday, July 21, 2025 at 10 :00 AM Job Overview System Pavers is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media who is a true creative with a results-driven approach.The Social Media Manager reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and is part of the performance marketing team but also collaborates heavily with the creative team.This role goes beyond content posting - it requires a performance marketing mindset that connects social media efforts with lead generation, website traffic, and overall business growth.You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content and social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity, marketing initiatives, and company goals.About Us System Pavers is America's leading outdoor remodeling company.Since 1992, we've delivered beautiful, custom outdoor spaces to over 90,000 satisfied homeowners.We're a well-established company with a reputation for quality and commitment, and we're excited to bring on new talent to help us grow.About You Right and Left-Brained :You're someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and artistry, seamlessly blending analytical thinking with imaginative content creation.Visionary Self-Starter :You take a proactive approach to managing and optimizing social media strategy and engagement.Analytical :You recognize the importance of data in guiding strategic marketing decisions Collaborative :You work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners Key Responsibilities :Strategic & Analytical :Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand identity and business goals.Schedule, curate, and post content across various social media platforms.Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize performance.Track and analyze social media metrics using analytics tools, report on KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.Creative & Content-Driven :Conceptualize and create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social media platforms.Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.Manage community engagement and UGC partnerships.Stay up-to-date on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate social media into broader marketing teams.Qualifications & Experience :5years of social media management experience, ideally in a performance-driven, brand-building role Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that result in engagement, website traffic, and lead generation Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills Strong grasp of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and conversion rate optimization Ability to own the social media strategy and execute with minimal oversight while collaborating with the broader marketing team A passion for creativity, innovation, and social media trends As the Social Media Manager at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company.System Pavers has a fantastic and dedicated team focused on helping our customer make memories with the friends and family.We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role and qualified applicants must be able to work in the U.S.legally without requiring a work visa.This is a full-time, remote position.Hourly compensation between $75k-$85k DOE.System Pavers is proud to be an inclusive and equal opportunity employer of a diverse set of individuals and will consider for employment all qualified applicants.System Pavers requires the satisfactory passing of a standard background check for all positions and a clean driving record when driving for the job is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr.
