Overview
We are seeking an experienced High level Program Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise data migration program. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution, establish governance, and accelerate delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator—but a results-driven operator who can bring structure,accountability, and momentum to complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive delivery of a large-scale data migration program, ensuring progress, alignment, and measurable outcomes Develop and manage end-to-end program and project plans, including cross-team dependencies and timelines Establish and maintain program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, and executive updates Partner with stakeholders (VP-level and above) to align priorities, manage expectations, and remove blockers Drive cross-functional coordination across technology, data, and business teams Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to track progress, monitor metrics, and provide transparent reporting Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively Improve program velocity and execution by introducing best practices across Agile/Scrum frameworks Ensure clear communication and accountability across all workstreams Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
