Location: Remote What you will do every day: Monitor internal communication channels to research and assign to other team members Train and enable products within FMS Facilitate, assign, and process terminations within the CRM and FMS Research, create, and assign incoming ESS TPP leads to appropriate team members Evaluate and diagnose performance based on metrics set by leadership Track and interpret performance reports Problem solves delays to product launch What you will need to bring to the table: Administrative skill set - report creation, comprehension and distribution Ability to learn and master CRM. CRM Reporting, Google Workspace, and proficient in Excel Skilled in time management Possesses self-discipline Multi-tasker Superior written and verbal communication skills across various platforms Why us?
