Sr. Swift Mobile App Developer - Remote
Job Description:As a Swift Mobile App Developer, you will contribute to the design and development of key mobile projects for the Client. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly iOS applications. This role requires deep expertise in Swift, iOS frameworks, and development best practices. You will collaborate closely with architects, senior developers, managers, and executives throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Architect and build robust, scalable iOS applications using Swift, leveraging the latest iOS SDKs and frameworks. Design and implement clean, maintainable code, focusing on performance optimization and efficient memory management. Develop complex features, including user interfaces, data handling, networking, and background processes. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality, design, and maintainability. Mentor junior developers, sharing expertise in Swift and iOS development best practices. Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and services as needed. Stay current on iOS trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team. Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring timely resolution. Document development processes, technical designs, and updates for team reference. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in an iOS Mobile Developer role, with a strong portfolio of published apps. Expertise in Swift and Objective-C, as well as back-end service integration. Deep understanding of Swift syntax, object-oriented programming principles, and advanced features. Proficient in iOS SDK, UI frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI), Core Data, networking, and push notifications. Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services. Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) plugin integration in iOS apps. Proficiency with version control tools like Git, build, and release management. Experience using AWS and AWS-related technologies. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time in a collaborative team environment. A continuous learner who takes initiative and strives for high levels of customer satisfaction.The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr.
