What You'll Do
Prepare and post journal entries and manage daily credits and debits Reconcile the general ledger and support accurate month end reporting Perform grant reconciliations and ensure compliance with funding requirements Analyze revenue, expenses, and balance sheet activity Manage fixed asset tracking and depreciation What We're Looking For: 4+ years of accounting experience Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaborate cross functionally Location Hybrid role based in Beloit, WI If you're looking for a hybrid accounting role with stability, flexibility, and meaningful work, this is a great next step.
