Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Support

  • Responsive Email Assistance: Craft clear, courteous, and solution‑focused replies to customer inquiries about invoices, payment status, and billing discrepancies.
  • Guidance on Payment Methods: Walk customers through the steps required to set up, modify, or troubleshoot payment options within the careerzynith platform.
  • Documentation & Follow‑Up: Maintain accurate records of each interaction, ensuring that every ticket is logged, escalated when necessary, and closed with a satisfied customer.

Payment Processing Support

  • Assist customers in navigating the payment workflow, from initial setup to final reconciliation.
  • Identify common payment errors (e.g., declined cards, mismatched billing details) and provide actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to verify transaction integrity and resolve any outstanding issues.

Problem Solving & Analysis

  • Independently investigate billing anomalies, using data‑driven methods to pinpoint root causes.
