An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Pain Therapies team as a Technical Consultant supporting the territory across Ireland, helping to ensure optimum therapy outcomes for patients. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Manage customer and patient interactions with Medtronic devices Provide technical support in the operating theatre and patient clinics Perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve customer issues in key accounts Effectively collaborate with sales, clinical and engineer teams to ensure best use and practices of our devices within key accounts Ensure own competitor knowledge remains up to date along with the ability to promote Medtronic products in line with clinician and service needs Provide data in line with the weekly business demands Required Knowledge and Experience: Degree in Bio-Science, Radiography, Life-science, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant, advanced degree (preferably in Neuroscience) preferred Healthcare related experience with a commercial mindset Experience in clinical or technical interaction with healthcare professionals and patient Excellent communication and Influencing skills Driving licence Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
