Gathering technical requirements of the implementation from client Documenting technical requirements Assisting the FIS Network team to set up connectivity between the client and FIS servers Working with the FIS Infrastructure team to procure and set up servers for application installation Configuring the application and database according to business requirements Setting up interfaces for MQ and file delivery Detailing go-live runbooks to for production turnovers Batch monitoring Responding to abends in batch processing Performing production turnovers Supporting production turnovers on evenings and weekends At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
