Support root cause analysis for faults or defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Stay current with emerging fiber optic technologies, testing methodologies, and equipment advancements. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including splicing technicians, engineers, and subcontractors. Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all operational protocols. Mentor team members and foster professional development across field operations. Act as the key liaison between internal departments, vendors, and clients to maintain communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance & Compliance Enforce QA/QC standards through regular inspections and audits. Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements, contractual obligations, and industry benchmarks (ITU, FOA, BICSI).
