Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our growing telehealth team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health care to geriatric patients through secure, virtual visits. You’ll work with older adults who may be facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, cognitive changes, or adjustment to chronic illness—helping them find stability, meaning, and connection from the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth to older adult clients
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, primary care, case management) to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
- Participate in case reviews, clinical team meetings, and continuing education as needed
- Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and telehealth compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active LCSW or LMHC license in the state of New Jersey (required)
- 2–5 years of clinical experience, including at least one year working with geriatric populations
- Proven experience providing telehealth or virtual therapy services
- Strong understanding of age-related mental health issues and interventions
- Excellent communication, empathy, and clinical judgment skills
- Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace
