About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Territory Manager in Seattle, WA, your responsibilities will include: Develop and complete strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets Identify and seek out new business opportunities within the Seattle region Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers Present and demonstrate our products to clients, showcasing their outstanding value Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless implementation of sales strategies Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure client happiness

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess: Demonstrated background in sales, ideally within the medical technology or healthcare sector A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong communication and presentation skills The capability to establish and sustain enduring connections with clients Ambitious and self-motivated with a competitive spirit Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Open to traveling within the Seattle area as required At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
