Transactional Services Specialist with knowledge of German

You are: University degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel Experience working with SAP is a plus Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team Confident in English and German on at least Upper- intermediate level (spoken and written). Customer-focused, with a professional, customer-first mindset With you we will: Manage freight and customer claims (including refusals and returns), ensuring accurate documentation collection and timely registration in claims systems Control and optimize additional logistics costs (e.g., demurrage), ensuring compliance with contracts, company policies, and carrier agreements Maintain accurate and timely claims and cost registration in SAP, Transpareon, and other systems, supporting reporting and root cause analysis Ensure timely collection, validation, and traceability of Proof of Delivery (POD) and CMR documentation, meeting audit and compliance standards Monitor, document, and resolve transport-related events (delays, damages, service failures), collaborating with carriers and internal stakeholders Coordinate end-to-end claims, documentation, and transportation processes with T-Hub teams, Freight Settlement, carriers, and markets to ensure timely resolution and effective communication Let’s Talk Benefits: Competitive package: annual salary review and annual bonus, 28 paid vacation days, paid sick leave, medical insurance, IT Club discounts Work arrangements: hybrid in Lviv region or fully remote across Ukraine, official employment, standard schedule 9:00–18:00 with a flexible lunch break, company-provided equipment Corporate culture: international environment, diverse and inclusive teams, strong internal communities, knowledge sharing.
