UGC Lead
Description:
- Own and scale the company’s UGC and creator strategy.
- Develop content programs that increase awareness, trust, and adoption.
- Partner with creators, online communities, and internal stakeholders to expand reach.
- Help communicate complex financial concepts in a simple, engaging way.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing team on messaging, launches, and campaigns.
- Test and refine content formats, distribution approaches, and creator partnerships.
- Build repeatable systems for creator-led growth and user education.
Requirements:
- Experience in UGC, creator partnerships, content-led growth, social growth, or related fields.
- Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to simplify complex products.
- Creator-native sensibility; ideally, you have created content yourself.
- Deep familiarity with internet culture and digital distribution.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Exposure to finance, crypto, fintech, or other technical/regulated products is strongly preferred.
- Comfort operating in a high-ownership, high-autonomy role.
