Utilities Right of Way Agent - Richmond, VA
ORC is a respected right-of-way acquisition firm offering purpose, stability, and growth. The Utilities Right of Way Agent will acquire Right-of-Way rights for projects, support project teams, prepare real estate documents, and communicate with property owners regarding acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Acquire Right-of-Way rights for projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
- Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
- Prepare real estate documents
- Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
- Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition
- Perform general administrative tasks
Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way Acquisition experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License
