Job Description: Join Job Duck as an Executive Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting attorneys and leadership by ensuring their daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and support administrative workflows that are essential to a fast-paced legal environment. Your ability to anticipate needs, stay organized, and communicate effectively will directly impact the team’s productivity and responsiveness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, remains composed under pressure, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to their work. Compensation range: 1,060 USD to 1,150 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization Coordinate appointments, reservations, and logistics for internal and external meetings Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow coordination Maintain accurate calendar entries, including out-of-office schedules Assist in managing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met Respond to emails and communications in a timely and professional manner Manage and maintain attorneys’ calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and events Requirements:

  • Full-time availability required
  • Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST
  • Location: Remote
  • Legal experience preferred
  • Strong English communication skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Software required: ◦ Centerbase (calendar and matter management) ◦ Communicator Go 7 (VOIP system) ◦ NetDocs (document management system) ◦ Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
