Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Legal Assistant to support a fast-paced personal injury law practice. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing high volumes of legal documentation, keeping case information accurate and organized, and ensuring smooth daily operations for the legal team. Your work will directly impact case progression by supporting pre-suit paralegals, maintaining records, and following up on essential insurance and medical documentation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and precision, and who enjoys being a dependable support partner in a collaborative legal environment. - Compensation Range: USD $1,150 USD to 1,220 USD per month
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Support pre-suit personal injury cases by organizing case files from intake through demand preparation •Request and follow up on insurance policy information, declarations pages, coverage confirmations, and insurance logs
- Maintain organized digital case files within the CRM system
- Manage and triage incoming and outgoing email communications
- Review incoming records for accuracy, completeness, and relevance, flagging missing or inconsistent information for the legal team
•Request, track, and follow up on medical records, medical bills, liens, and provider documentation Requirements:
- Background in personal injury law

- Standard office productivity tools
