You’ll work end-to-end on real projects using OpenShot or Shotcut, sharing your authentic editing process, decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive video editing projects, from raw footage organization to polished final export, using OpenShot or Shotcut.
- Showcase your real workflow, including asset management, sequencing, pacing, and creative problem resolution, while being recorded for AI training purposes.
- Collaborate with the team to capture your editing rationale and articulate your decisions clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Continuously optimize project workflows, ensuring efficiency and high production value at every stage.
- Troubleshoot technical or creative challenges as they arise, proactively documenting your approach.
- Participate in feedback sessions, helping refine guidelines for video editing best practices.
- Contribute to an environment dedicated to knowledge sharing and process transparency. Required Skills and Qualifications
