Virtual Receptionist (English/Spanish)

Role Objective: As the welcoming voice of our firm, the Receptionist plays a critical role in ensuring every caller feels greeted and comfortable from the moment the phone is answered. Beyond warm greetings, this position also provides essential administrative support, contributing to the smooth operation of the firm. Responsibilities/Duties: Answer All Incoming Calls: Serve as the primary point of contact by professionally answering all incoming phone calls, efficiently routing inquiries to the appropriate departments within the firm. Efficient Communication: Ensure seamless communication by transferring calls to designated departments based on the nature of the inquiry. Respond to Text Messages: Respond to incoming text messages in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries or directing clients to the appropriate resources. Client Support: Provide client support for cases, addressing inquiries via phone calls, text messages, or in-person interactions regarding post-filing updates and concerns. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional and friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
