Women's Health & Performance Coach (Remote)

EmpowHer is looking for an exceptional Women's Health & Fitness Coach to join a team that's redefining what online coaching looks like for women. You're someone who understands that a woman's body is complex — that stress, sleep, hormones, gut health, and mindset are just as important as her macros and her training plan. You've helped women through fat loss, body recomposition, perimenopause, menopause, and the frustrating middle ground where nothing seems to work anymore. You know why — and more importantly, you know what to do about it. You coach with confidence and directness because you respect your clients enough to tell them the truth. You hold the standard without losing the human connection. You don't coddle, but you do care deeply. You're the coach women stay with for years — because you actually change their lives.

What You'll Do

• Lead Client Transformations
• Onboard new clients with certainty and structure — giving them immediate belief in the process and in themselves
• Conduct 15–30 minute onboarding Zoom calls to build rapport, set clear expectations, and establish the coaching relationship from day one
• Build personalized game plans covering nutrition, training, movement, check-in cadence, and expectations — tailored to each woman's health history, hormones, and lifestyle
• Break big goals into clear, actionable weekly priorities so clients always know exactly what to focus on
• Stay Relentlessly Present
• Conduct thorough weekly check-ins with direct, specific feedback and a clear path forward
• Maintain every-other-day touchpoints with new clients during their first 30 days
• Hold at least one or two monthly 1:1 Zoom call per client to assess progress, troubleshoot, and reset goals
• Track client progress and internal notes with consistency and accuracy
• Educate and Elevate
• Host one weekly educational Zoom call inside the EmpowHer community
• Show up as an active, authoritative presence in EmpowHer's Facebook groups and client pods
• Educate clients on training mechanics, injury prevention, hormonal health, nutrition principles, and long-term sustainability
• Bring solutions — not just observations — when clients plateau, struggle with adherence, or need a reset
• Actively contribute ideas to improve the program and elevate the client experience

What We're Looking For

• Non-negotiables:
• Certified Personal Trainer through a recognized accreditation
• 2+ years of coaching experience, with online coaching strongly preferred
• Proven client results — transformations you can speak to with confidence
• Deep knowledge in:
• Fat loss, muscle building, and body recomposition
• Macronutrient coaching, food education, and reverse dieting
• Hormones, metabolism, and women's physiology
• Perimenopause and menopause considerations
• Gut health and its impact on body composition and energy
• Bonus qualifications that make you stand out:
• Background or certification in functional nutrition, integrative health, or dietetics
• Experience running or interpreting basic functional labs
• Precision Nutrition, IIN, or equivalent advanced health coaching certification
• Experience with PCOS, thyroid conditions, or autoimmune considerations
• You must be:
• Direct, confident, and clear — clients trust coaches who lead
• An excellent communicator across written, verbal, and voice note formats
• Reliable, professional, and aligned with a high-standard environment
• Comfortable on Zoom and WhatsApp
• Someone who takes client outcomes personally
