What You Will Do Build positive relationships with clients and assist them throughout their travel planning journey Discuss travel preferences, budgets, and goals to help identify suitable vacation options Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and travel experiences Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with reservation management Share travel information, supplier updates, and available promotions with clients Monitor booking progress and help ensure travel details are accurate and complete Provide ongoing support before, during, and after the booking process Maintain organized records and client information using company systems Participate in virtual training sessions and ongoing professional development
