As a Customer Service Assistant at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing credits and debits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Assistant at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and maintaining bills of materials in the system
  • Responding to incoming calls from customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing month-end processing and processing credits and debits
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor files and contact information
  • Developing and implementing a system of financial recordkeeping, including issuing receipts and recording payments
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including helpfulness and patience when interacting with vendors, customers, and colleagues
  • Adhering to established company safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with Production Supervisors and co-workers to achieve common goals
  • Performing administrative functions, such as electronic and physical filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Maintaining electronic documents, including spreadsheets and other office files
  • Entering receivers into the ERP software and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Assistant at careerzynith, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred
  • 1 year of administrative assistant experience; experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
