Job Description

As a Consultant Streaming Support - Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions related to streaming services
• Troubleshooting streaming issues, including basic technical support and problem-solving skills
• Utilizing CRM applications to manage customer interactions and track issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest streaming services and technologies
• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

• Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Requirements for Working from Home

* Excellent Internet connectivity:
