About the Role

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with website or application-related issues and providing product or service information
  • Documenting customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our client system
  • Transferring data from documents into our client's system
  • Making outbound calls to collect customer information as needed
  • Performing additional duties as required

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and update client systems accordingly
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Availability to complete online training with 100% attendance (paid at $15.25/hour)
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Technical Requirements

To ensure you can perform at your best, you will need:

  • A desktop or laptop with a Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey or newer operating system
  • A dual-core 2 GHz or better processor (i5+ or Ryzen equivalent recommended)
  • 8GB or more of RAM
  • Wired peripherals (keyboard, mouse, and headset)
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum 20MB download and 10MB upload speed
  • A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation
  • An active, functioning webcam
  • A second monitor/screen
