Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries on careerzynith's website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer support queries concerning returns, re-ordering, and other common issues with empathy and expertise
  • Collaborating effectively across channels to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Providing accurate and concise information to customers, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with careerzynith's services and offerings
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Skills and Qualifications

Access to a device:

A reliable laptop, tablet, or smartphone capable of using social media and website chat functions

Communication skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

Problem-solving skills:

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently

Availability:

Availability to work at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Reliable internet connection:

A fast and reliable internet connection is essential for this role

Language skills:
