Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to residential customers via phone, email, and social media

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, or customer service)
  • Excellent phone, email, and written communication skills
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and computer skills
  • Passion for customer service with an empathetic nature and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of energy-related products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
